I am a graduate of UC Berkeley major in sociology and minor urban studies.  I also hold an MBA from Marshall at USC.  My work experience includes managing and leasing an executive suite facility in San Francisco and commercial office leasing and sales in the booming ".com" South of Market area during the 1990s.  In LA, I was the regional leasing director for the Lowe Enterprises office portfolio.  Currently, I am an Assistant VP of acquisitions for LaeRoc Partners, a private equity fund in Hermosa Beach where I source, underwrite, put under contract, conduct due diligence, secure financing, formulate strategies, and close office and retail commercial transactions. 

After years of assisting family, friends and acquitances in real estate analysis, and helping format countless resumes and provide career coaching, I have begun providing these services to the public by launching Sadigursky Consulting.  My goal is to provide expert, timely, flexible, and practical solutions to real estate , resume and career needs at a reasonable fee.
